These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TRETTON EPICE website and services, operated by Tretton Epice Pvt. Ltd. ("TRETTON EPICE", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You must register with a valid Indian mobile number and email address, and keep your login details confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Inform us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Services

TRETTON EPICE lets you recharge prepaid mobile and DTH connections and pay bills to supported billers. We act as a facilitator between you and the operator/biller; the underlying service (mobile network, electricity supply, etc.) is provided by the respective operator or biller, not by TRETTON EPICE.

3. Wallet

  • Money added to your TRETTON EPICE wallet can be used only for payments on TRETTON EPICE and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.
  • Wallet limits may apply as per applicable regulations and our internal risk policies.
  • Cashback is promotional, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and is credited only on successful transactions.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the mobile number, subscriber ID or consumer number you enter is correct. Payments made to an incorrect number cannot be reversed.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

5. Transaction Processing

Most transactions complete instantly, but some may remain pending while we await confirmation from the operator. Failed transactions are refunded to your wallet as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or block accounts involved in suspected fraud, misuse or violation of these terms, and may withhold balances pending investigation where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TRETTON EPICE is not liable for delays or failures caused by operators, billers, banks, payment gateways or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
