What's new
When an operator or biller declines a payment, TRETTON EPICE now automatically credits the full amount back to your wallet the moment we receive the failure response. There's nothing for you to do.
What about pending transactions?
Sometimes an operator takes longer to confirm. These show as Pending on your receipt. You can tap Check Status at any time. If the operator finally reports a failure, the refund is credited automatically.
Where can I see my refund?
Open Wallet — every refund appears in your statement with the related transaction ID, alongside top-ups, payments and cashback.
