Picking a prepaid plan can feel overwhelming, with dozens of options from every operator. The good news: you only need to answer three questions to find the right one.
1. How much data do you really use?
Open your phone's Settings → Data usage and check your average daily consumption over the last month.
- Under 1 GB/day: a 1–1.5 GB/day plan is plenty.
- 1–2 GB/day: choose a 2 GB/day plan, especially if you stream video on the go.
- More than 2 GB/day: look at higher-data plans, or keep a small data add-on handy for heavy days.
2. How long do you want between recharges?
Longer-validity plans (84 days or a full year) usually cost less per day than 28-day plans. If you're happy with your operator, a longer plan saves money and the hassle of frequent recharges.
3. Do you need extras?
Some plans bundle OTT subscriptions. If you'd pay for that streaming service anyway, a bundled plan can be great value. If not, skip it.
Tip: On TRETTON EPICE, tap Browse Plans after selecting your operator and state to compare all available plans side by side.
Quick checklist
- Check your actual daily data usage
- Compare cost per day, not just the sticker price
- Only pay for extras you'll use
- Set a reminder a couple of days before your plan expires
